These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blinkflow AI applications, website, and related services (the "Services") provided by TripletSoft ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed to consumers for personal use.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not: use the Services in violation of any applicable law; store or transmit unlawful or fraudulent content; attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Services; interfere with or disrupt the Services; reverse engineer any part of the platform; or resell access to the Services without our written permission.
Blinkflow AI is offered on subscription plans billed yearly. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Accounts with overdue payments for more than 60 days may be suspended or terminated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions — if you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into Blinkflow. We do not claim ownership of your business data. We process your data to provide the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time; upon account termination, you have 30 days to export before permanent deletion.
The Blinkflow AI platform — including its design, software, and features, but excluding your data — is owned by TripletSoft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes during your active subscription.
The Services may integrate with third-party services including WhatsApp Business API (operated by Meta) and third-party payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to the respective third parties' terms. We are not responsible for their performance or privacy practices.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPLETSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TripletSoft and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We aim to maintain 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We reserve the right to modify features with at least 30 days' notice for material changes that adversely affect your use.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
