We retain your account and business data while your account is active. After account termination, data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export, then permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

• Service providers — trusted vendors for cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery, bound by contractual data-use restrictions.
• WhatsApp Business API — if you use WhatsApp integration, message content is processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Meta's privacy policy applies to that processing.
• Legal requirements — where required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, with appropriate prior notice to you.

6. Your Rights
